The CARA Group is pleased to announce the hiring of Tiffany Elhrisse to the position of Human Resources/Talent Coordinator. In this role, Tiffany will with work closely with the Senior Vice President of Talent and CARA leadership, supporting CARA staff and consultants with onboarding, updating and communicating policies and benefits, and coordinating and collaborating on employee engagement.

Tiffany comes to CARA with a B.S. in Management and a focus on Human Resources. She has HR and customer service experience and believes in cultivating relationships, using creative approaches to engage and drive change, and has a passion for helping others.
