By April 14, 2021January 24th, 2024News

We are pleased to announce the 2021 Dan King Scholarship Recipients: Johanna Dillon and Babette Novak. CARA’s co-founder, Dan King, was a lifelong learner who believed in human potential – it is why he started this business. In honor of Dan, CARA provides annual scholarships to eligible consultants who have demonstrated a commitment to CARA and their own continuous learning.

Johanna Dillon

Johanna has been a steadfast Organizational Change Management consultant with CARA for over three years and has worked with multiple CARA clients. Recently, Johanna presented at the ACMP Midwest Learning & Professional Development webinar and has represented CARA at multiple industry association events. She has been an integral part of our success for the last two years with a F500 chemical distribution company supporting a business system migration. Clients describe Johanna as accountable, articulate, and dedicated. She plans to use her scholarship to acquire a CCMP Certification through ACMP Midwest and supporting materials.

Babette Novak

For nearly 10 years, Babette has been a devoted Instructional Design consultant with CARA. She has integrated project management into several projects throughout her career and plans to use her scholarship funds to formalize her work with a Project Management Certification. Babette has committed herself to change and learning through her connections with various industry associations, Training Magazine Network, HR Hot Seal, and more. She has continuously committed to keeping her skills relevant and at the forefront of trends. Clients and peers have described her work as great to work with, thorough, and dynamic.

Thank you, Johanna and Babette, for consistently demonstrating your commitment to CARA and to Change, Learn, and Grow.
