We are pleased to announce our 2020 Q2 winners of the PURE Service Award, Jane Brent, Nelle Hanley, Jashonte Tate, and Traci Bance.
Jane Brent is a Learning and Development, and Change Management Professional with over 20 years of business experience. Jane is an expert in the design, development, and delivery of adult learning initiatives, succession planning models, and leadership competency models.
Jane’s project manager, shared the following comments:
“Jane added value in our team meetings by acting as a consultant to other areas of the business. In her project, Jane incorporated general principles of adult learning that lined up well with the company. Everyone liked working with Jane; she has added true value with other team members.”
Nelle Hanley, Jashonte Tate, and Traci Bance are being recognized for a project they worked on together. During the pandemic, this group of CARA consultants were tasked with taking a highly visible and important executive instructor-led training workshop and transforming it into virtual instructor-led training in less than a month. As a cohesive team, Nelle, Jashonte, and Traci worked together to deliver on the client’s request. They supported each other and leveraged their strengths to create and support a program involving thousands of participants and stakeholders. The results were undeniable and received strong praise from the client’s organization.
Nelle, Jashonte, and Traci’s project manager shared the following comments:

CARA’s consultants are nominated based on client feedback, PURE evaluations, and team interaction with the consultants. After careful consideration of each candidate, CARA selects the PURE award recipients. The PURE award program is the foundation of CARA’s culture, aligning us with our clients’ and consultants’ values in service excellence.
