Jane Ehrenstrom

Founder and Co-Owner

Personal Passion: Travel, writing, and Lola (my 8 lb. Morkie who is not the boss of me!)

Jane Ehrenstrom is a founder and the co-owner of The CARA Group, Inc. She currently serves in an advisory capacity on CARA’s Board of Directors, and most recently worked with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) to help CARA achieve certification as a Women-owned business.

In 2002, leveraging her experience in technology, sales, marketing and consulting Jane and her business partner, Dan King, established the firm. She nurtured CARA’s growth from a start-up to a highly respected professional services organization earning several consecutive years on the Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing private companies in the US. Originally responsible for Operations, Marketing and Talent Management, Jane created consistent messaging and strong brand awareness in the market. Jane is also the architect behind the unique and highly regarded CARA culture that drives client satisfaction by focusing on our PURE Values of Professionalism, Understanding, Responsibility and Excellence.

As CARA’s Queen of Culture, Jane remains active in several industry organizations including the Chicago Executive Women’s Networking Group and ARA (Attract, Retain, Advance Women in Technology). Jane also volunteers with the Chicago Affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, advocating, bringing awareness to the cause, and raising funds for research.
