Melissa Noonan

Senior Director, Project Solutions

Melissa Noonan serves as Senior Director, Project Solutions for The CARA Group. She describes her role as enabling CARA to effectively deliver high-impact, client-focused solutions that consider each unique individual organization and their needs. As a member of CARA’s Executive Leadership team, she enjoys the dual challenge of serving clients, while positioning CARA for growth.

Prior to joining CARA, Melissa has held several strategic leadership roles in broader Talent Management, Learning, and Change at companies including Andersen Consulting / Accenture, Hewitt & Associates (Aon) and ULTA. In these roles, she was instrumental in re-engineering key practices and programs, helping to commercialize services and position organizations for long-term, profitable growth. She has also led high-performing teams acknowledged by Brandon Hall. Additionally, she has served in key leadership roles helping small to mid-tier consulting companies prepare to scale and increase revenue and profitability through client-centric business development practices, restructuring, and implementation of repeatable methodologies and offerings. In these roles she has had the privilege of applying her extensive experience and expertise using structured consulting methodologies to scope, frame, and deliver consulting engagements that delight various clients across industries spanning the mid-market to the Fortune 500.

Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northern Illinois University. She is a trained CTI Coach and a consummate learner. She is forever reading articles, listening to podcasts, or enrolled in training and believes personal development is necessary to evolve as a person and a leader. She enjoys attending, serving, and volunteering in her church. When the weather is warm, you can find her enjoying time with her husband John and their four children, Evelyn, Kennedi, Olivia and Bennett boating in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Mike Mazur is Vice President – Sales & Solutions at The CARA Group, Inc. Mike is responsible for leading an incredibly talented team of sales and practice professionals who help clients enable their future workforce by delivering human-centered solutions ranging from leadership development to learning strategy, transformational change management, global digital learning programs and internal communications.

He is an innovative, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven strategist with a deep commitment to building solutions that ensure clients accomplish their objectives.

Prior to joining CARA as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Mike spent 12 years at ManpowerGroup, where he most recently was Vice President of Client Solutions – Enterprise GlobalSales, leading the P&L teams for their Experis, Manpower, Right Management, & ManpowerGroup Solutions brands at Amazon and Accenture globally, and several other Fortune 500 companies nationally. Prior to his promotion to the MPG parent company,

Mike also served as Vice President, Project Solution Sales – North America for ManpowerGroup’s professional division, Experis, providing solutions in Application & Mobile Development, DevOps, Testing, Cloud Consulting, Security & Identity Management, ERP, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Project Management, Content Management and eLearning Design.

In both roles, he and his team commonly worked with CIO’s, HR Executives, Talent Acquisition Leadership, and Directors of Technology to help deliver results by creating workforce solutions.

Mike also has deep partner sales experience, having served in executive channel leadership positions for companies in the managed web hosting and internet industry.

He was recognized as a top channel chief to watch by VAR Business Magazine, spotlighted for enabling partners’ businesses to flourish, and for his leadership, vision, and successful execution in the channel.

Mike is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Outside of work, he is passionate about music and plays drums and guitar.
