The CARA Group is pleased to announce the hiring of two new members to our Project Solutions team: Ginny Coulthard, Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager, and Paula Teich, Learning Engagement Manager. Ginny and Paula will report to Melissa Noonan, Senior Director, Project Solutions.

Ginny Coulthard
Ginny is a Senior OCM professional with over 25 years of business experience and extensive expertise in change management, strategic planning and implementation, information technology, business process mapping and measurements, data analytics and reporting, and program/project management.
Her deep experience streamlining operations using change leadership and influencing skills optimizing systems and business processes coupled with her collaborative, results-oriented approach, enables her to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change and deliver impact.
Paula Teich
Paula is a Learning and Development professional with over 20 years of business experience in learning solutions design, team leadership and direction, needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum design and development, and project/program management.
As a growth-minded team player who demonstrates a keen understanding of her clients’ business priorities and challenges, Paula accelerates results through relevant learning solutions that deliver impact.
