Christine Meyer joins The CARA Group

We are very happy to announce that Christine Meyer has joined The CARA Group as a Client Engagement Director. Christine is an accomplished change management and learning professional with 20 years of experience in management consulting. She will be responsible for leading and delivering high impact organizational change management (OCM) solutions to our clients across multiple industries.

“We knew we needed someone of Christine’s caliber as our roster of OCM clients continues to grow,” explained Melissa Noonan, CARA’s Solutions VP. “Christine is a pro at designing innovative solutions and truly engaging employee experiences that achieve the outcomes our clients need.”

Christine has a proven track record of helping clients navigate complex, large-scale business transformations to accelerate adoption and value realization. She excels at collaborating with people and building trusted relationships at all levels of the organization, from C-Suite to the frontline workforce. Prior to joining CARA, she was a Management Consultant for a Fortune 500 professional services firm specializing in change management and learning consulting services. Christine brings a wealth of HR knowledge to the table through the array of HR roles she has taken on.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, as well as a Masters of Education in Human Resources Development from University of Minnesota. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner.
