Gina fosters long-term relationships within the consulting community and brings over 15 years of recruiting and talent management experience to her new role, previously serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager for CARA. Throughout her career at CARA, she has participated in several key initiatives from CARA’s inaugural Change, Learn, Grow event to leading the implementation of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
As the Talent Acquisition Director, Gina will work collaboratively with the Talent Management and Account Development teams to connect top talent for CARA’s strategic services in Customized Learning and Performance, Change Management, and Communications.
